书面表达：通知、启事与短文

上一节讲了书信，这一节讲书面表达里另外几种常见的体裁：通知、启事和短文。通知和启事的格式比较固定，信息要点也很明确，按模板写就能拿到分；短文则要求你围绕一个话题，用开头、主体和结尾三部分把观点写清楚。

学完这一节，你应该能写出格式正确的通知和启事，掌握短文的三段式结构，并知道怎样检查自己作文里最常见的几类错误。

通知的格式和句型

通知是向一群人宣布某件事，写法是：

部分	写法
标题	写在正文上方居中，写作 Notice 或 NOTICE
正文	交代做什么、时间、地点、参加的人、要求
落款	写在右下角：发布者的名称，下面一行写日期

通知用将来时，常用被动语态，语气客观，一般用 we 或第三人称，不用 I。常用的句型有：

内容	常用句型
宣布活动	…is going to hold… / …will be held… / There will be…
时间和地点	on the afternoon of Friday, November 10th, in the school hall
参加的人	All the students are expected to… / Those who are interested in… are welcome.
要求	Please bring… / Please be on time. / Anyone who wants to take part should…
结尾	For more information, please ask the Students’ Union.

启事的格式

启事分寻物启事（Lost）和招领启事（Found）。标题写 LOST 或 FOUND，正文要写清楚物品、特征、丢失（捡到）的时间和地点，以及请谁联系。联系人写姓名和班级，不写电话号码。

寻物启事用过去时：A black leather wallet was lost in the library on Monday afternoon. It contains a student card and some money. If you find it, please contact Li Hua in Class Three. Thank you!

短文的三段式结构

部分	作用	常用的写法
开头	点题，引出话题	Nowadays, more and more people… / As we all know,…
主体	分点论述，用事实或例子支持	First,… Second,… Besides,…
结尾	总结观点，提出建议	In a word,… / As far as I am concerned,…

想让文章的句子更丰富，可以在写对简单句的基础上，加入一些从句和非谓语：people who like reading（定语从句）；Reading helps us learn new things（动名词作主语）；so that we can save time（目的状语从句）。但是一定要写对，写错了还不如不用。

一篇范文

题目：请以 Learning English with Apps 为题写一篇短文，谈谈你对用手机应用学英语的看法。

Learning English with Apps

Nowadays, more and more people learn English with apps on their phones. In my opinion, this way of learning has three advantages.

First, it saves time. We can study on the bus or during a short break. Second, many apps offer interesting games and videos, so learning is no longer boring. Besides, we can listen to native speakers and practise speaking at any time. In this way, our English improves step by step.
