完形填空实战演练

上一节讲了方法，这一节把方法用起来。我们用一篇自编的十个空的短文做完整的演练：先通读，再按「先搭配和语法、后上下文」的顺序逐空分析，最后整理出完形填空里最常出现的固定搭配。

学完这一节，你应该能独立完成一篇十个空的完形填空，并能说出每个空是靠语法、搭配还是上下文做出来的。

实战：一篇完整的短文

请先不要看后面的答案，自己读一遍短文，按上一节的四步做一遍。

Li Ming was walking home from work last Friday when he saw a wallet (1) ______ on the ground. He (2) ______ it up and opened it. 逐空分析

通读之后可以确定，这是一个拾金不昧的小故事，气氛是温暖的。按照先易后难的顺序，先做搭配和语法类的空。

先做搭配和语法类的空

• (1) 选 B。a wallet 后面需要一个修饰它的成分，钱包是「躺在」地上的，是主动、正在进行的关系，用现在分词 lying 作后置定语。
• (2) 选 B。pick up 是固定搭配，意思是捡起来；后面的 it up 也说明了动词和副词的搭配。
• (5) 选 A。write down 是固定搭配，意思是写下来，所以警官写下了他的名字。
• (6) 选 B。It is kind of sb to do sth 的句型，kind 描述的是人的品质，用 of。
• (9) 选 B。Don't mention it 是回答感谢的固定表达，意思是不客气、不用谢。
• (10) 选 C。for the rest of the day 表示在这一天剩下的时间里，介词用 for。

再做需要上下文的空

• (3) 选 B。前面说钱包里有钱和身份证，后面说没有电话号码，前后是转折关系，用 but。
• (4) 选 B。他想失主一定很着急，下文失主也说 I was so worried，两处呼应，用 worried。
• (7) 选 A。get a call from sb 意思是接到某人的电话，所以用 got。
• (8) 选 A。老人在公共汽车上发现钱包不见了，notice 在这里是注意到、发现，后面接宾语从句。
